Investors require a great deal more information than your typical home buyer.I've seen my fair share of investment properties, bank foreclosures, fixer-uppers, etc. Using an agent that is also an investor, gives you a huge advantage. Even the nicest homes don't sell themselves! Sitting online search engines like Zillow and others with an MLS number isn't always enough. I have had great success selling expired and For Sale By Owner residences that previously lingered on the market growing older by the day. If your listing has dropped down to the bottom 10% of listings on search engines such as Zillow, then it's time to employ a more aggressive strategy. The longer you sit on the market, the lower your chances are of securing a good purchase price.
